Eligibility

  • Offer available exclusively to homeowners who list their property for sale with Brady Veitch, REALTOR®, under a signed listing agreement with Red Brick Real Estate Brokerage Ltd.
  • Property must be located in Ontario, Canada
  • Rebate offer is not valid for buyer-only clients, leases, FSBO conversions, or third-party lead service programs.
  • Not intended to solicit properties currently listed or clients currently under agency agreement with another REALTOR® or brokerage.

Rebate Structure

  • Clients may receive up to $4,000 maximum in moving cost rebate, depending on the final sale price of the property.
  • Rebate tiers are as follows:
    1. Sale Price $300k - $449,999 | Rebate up to $1,000
    2. Sale Price $450k - $599,999 | Rebate up to $1,500
    3. Sale Price $600k - $749,999 | Rebate up to $2,500
    4. Sale Price $750k - $899,999 | Rebate up to $3,500
    5. Sale Price $900k+ | Rebate up to $4,000 (max)

Moving Company Requirements

To qualify for the rebate, the moving company used must:

  • Be a registered, licensed business operating in Ontario.
  • Provide a formal invoice that includes the business name, HST number, and service address.
  • Carry valid liability insurance and WSIB coverage (upon request).
  • Not be owned by or directly affiliated with the seller or buyer.

Timing & Documents

  • Rebate is processed after the property sale closes successfully and Red Brick Real Estate Brokerage Ltd. has received full commission.
  • No rebate will be issued if the seller cancels or fails to complete the transaction.
  • Seller must submit proof of paid moving expenses (i.e. a paid invoice) within 14 days of closing to qualify for reimbursement.

Payment

  • Rebate is offered as either a direct reimbursement of moving expenses, or a cash-equivalent rebate issued after closing by cheque or e-transfer.
  • Final amount is determined at the sole discretion of Brady Veitch, based on commission received and moving expense documentation provided.

Limitations & Conditions

  • Offer cannot be combined with other promotional discounts or custom commission arrangements.
  • Rebate offer may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
  • Red Brick Real Estate Brokerage Ltd. is not responsible for the delivery or administration of this promotion.
